What a fantastic first day! Well done Reception for coming into school so very well - you made all your grown ups very proud. We learnt how important it is to listen carefully, played some number and sound games and also used our story 'The Bear Hunt' to say new sounds within it. You also worked hard in your busy learning - learning what the different activities were and also how to begin to look after your friends. You especially enjoyed the digging and potion areas! You then enjoyed your snack and ensured that you 'rehydrated' - what a fantastic word!
At lunchtime you were very kind to each other and then received a sticker from Miss Froggatt for your super work.
