Hello Year 1, it’s Miss Denton and Mrs Johnson checking in with you all. We hope you are having a lovely day with your grown ups. 

Hopefully you will have had a chance to look through your Learning Packs, and maybe you have already chosen your challenges for today. We would love it if you could complete three or four of the 'Maths Challenge' cards each day, as well as two pages of the 'Monster Phonics' book. Don't forget that you can also visit the Oxford Owl site to support your reading, as well as reading books from home... and remember that you have the packs we handed out at Parent's Evening to help with your home learning, too. 

Some fabulous news is that the Phonics Play website that we use at school is now free for everyone to use during the school closures - just follow the link below to access the resources. Choosing activities from Phase 3, 4 and 5 would be super! Also Twinkl is a fantastic website to support your learning across the whole curriculum, so ask your grown ups to have a look as this is now free for everyone too.
