This week we have started to learn about the book Elmer by David McKee. We have really enjoyed retelling the story outdoors and using figures in the blocks. we have been thinking about the language in the book and have been using some of these words when retelling the story.
We have also been building and drawing Elmer and have used our writing skills to write some superb descriptions of him.
We have also enjoyed reading some of the other Elmer stories and have been excited to see some new characters.
