Literacy: This week in literacy the Year 1 children have been writing an exciting story opener for their dragon stories. The Year 2 children have been creating mind maps in preparation for writing their reports next week.
Mathematics: The Year 1 children have been looking at statistics this week and finding information from pictograms. Year 2 children have been continuing with their money topic and this week have been comparing amounts.
Foundation: The children have all been continuing their Science investigations this week and comparing the properties of everyday materials. The children investigated what would make a material less absorbent in order to make a piece of paper waterproof.
